What better example of "Agenda Gymnasts" than the shifting positions on Presidential impeachment? In 1998, when President Bill Clinton was impeached, then-Congressman Lindsey Graham and Congressman Jerry Nadler disagreed on the impeachment. Nadler argued that the will of the people should not be overturned by an act of Congress. Graham argued that impeachment was about cleansing the office of the presidency. Fast forward over twenty years later and, wouldn't you know it, Nadler and Sen. Graham's positions diametrically reversed on the impeachment of President Donald Trump.
They literally exchanged flip-flops!
