I am so thrilled to report about the latest honor bestowed upon me and my book. I got a message froma good friend on Facebook who works at the New York Public Library (NYPL) that she chose Schnooks, Crooks, Liars & Scoundrels to be her "Staff Pick" for Spring 2025 at NYPL!
My friend Debra is the reason my book even got into the New York Public Library system in te first place as she graciously reccommended its addition to the library's legendary catalog. Founded in 1895, NYPL is the nation's largest public library system, featuring 92 locations across the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island, including its world-renowned research centers at the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, and The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts. Together with our circulating branches, including the all-new Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library (where you can find my book!), the Library provides an extraordinary richness of resources and opportunities available to all.
Debra works on Staten Island at the Todt-Hill Westerleigh branch of the NYPL where you can also find my book. She generously describes my book as "A political humorous commentary highlighting the absurdity of recent political misconduct." She adds that "You might not agree with the author's viewpoints but I might get a chuckle either way." I couldn't agree more!
